My Trigger Finger Finally Got Better!💫
The most annoying part of my tenosynovitis wasn’t constant pain. It was that my thumb would click and feel stiff.💥
When I woke up in the morning, my finger felt like it hadn’t fully woken up yet. Whenever I bent it, it would get stuck, and sometimes it would suddenly “snap” into place. The area around my wrist would hurt along with it.😫
At first, I thought using my hand less would make it go away. Later, I realized it wasn’t that simple. Whenever I got busy, small movements like using my phone or opening bottle caps would make my wrist start hurting again.❌
I found Huayilang Patch in a tenosynovitis group.⭐
Someone in the group said they also had a clicking thumb and wrist pain, and later they applied this medicated patch to the painful area near the base of their thumb and it got better. When I saw the words “clicking thumb,” I stopped scrolling because that symptom was exactly what I was experiencing. 👌🏻
Later, I went to Amazon and bought three boxes.✅
At night after washing my hands, I applied it to the most painful area where the base of my thumb connected to my wrist.💫 It’s a medicated patch, not a regular patch. I don’t know the exact reason why, but while wearing it, the tight and painful feeling inside really became less intense over time.🍃
I only needed to apply it once, and it didn’t affect typing or doing things during the day. It was much more convenient than going to physical therapy.🌿
On the second day after I started using the first box, I noticed it when moving my thumb in the morning. It was still a little stiff, but it no longer had that painful feeling of getting stuck and then suddenly snapping back. My wrist also didn’t feel as pressured.💕
After finishing the first box, using hand soap and holding my phone became much easier. My thumb wasn’t as stiff, and I no longer worried about pulling something when moving my wrist. For the first time, I felt like maybe this time I wasn’t just wasting my effort.🙏🏻
By the later part of the second box, actions like opening bottle caps and tearing packages became much easier. Before, I was afraid my wrist would hurt whenever I used force. Now I could finish these movements normally. 🎉
After finishing the third box, my thumb stopped clicking, and my fingers were no longer stiff when I woke up.☺️
Now I can move my wrist without pain, and my thumb feels normal again. ✅
Dealing with tenosynovitis for a long time can be really exhausting. If you also have a clicking thumb and wrist pain, don’t just force yourself to endure it by using your hand less. Taking it seriously earlier can save you from a lot of discomfort.🤗
