I had a solo date night at the RH Rooftop restaurant in Dallas and it was an experience. I felt like I was in my rich aunty era 😂

I went at night time so the place was a very moody and elegant vibe. They have a fountain right in the middle of the restaurant with alot of trees and greenery that really made you feel like you were somewhere else. The decor was gorgeous whoever decorated this restaurant deserved a raise. I didn’t drink any wine but the vibe of this place felt like it should’ve been mandatory lol
FOOD
I included a photo of the menu. There weren’t that many items on there which I guess it’s okay. The price point matched the ambiance of the restaurant that really gave off 5 stars. I had grilled shrimp for my appetizer and it was delicious but honestly nothing special. It came with arugula and lemon so I ate it like a little lemon shrimp salad.
My entree was a lobster roll and it was divine. My only critic is that for $36 I felt like it should’ve at least came with a side, Mac and cheese would’ve went well with this. Since I didn’t have a side I ordered some asparagus which was sooooooo good. I thought it was funny that with each item I ordered it came with a lemon, maybe that’s the secret sauce? Who knows lol

the restaurant is in a location where a bunch of different restaurants were around. It was on the outskirts of downtown so it was pretty safe. Lots of people were around which also made me feel a lot more secure because I was by myself.
