@trinketmelbourne isn’t just a bar — it’s a whole vibe. Step into The Garnet Den and explore their brand new Trinket Travel cocktail menu, where every sip takes you to a different corner of the world.

From the fiery Szechuan-infused Asia to the lush, tropical notes of South America, each drink is crafted with bold flavours and serious flair. I tried:

• Europe: Sparkling, brandy-based elegance with a hint of absinthe

• Asia: Vodka infused with Szechuan + lemongrass, with a kick of chilli oil

• South America: Pisco, guava juice, lime – fruity, fresh, and punchy

• Australia: Wattleseed syrup, pepperberry, and finger lime jellies (wild!)

And yes — the food slaps:

• Grilled prawns with lemongrass & roe dressing

• Beef tartare with crispy anchovies & balsamic pearls
