Oh to solely blame the gel, acrylic, or enhancement is easy 😂… but sometimes the product isn’t what damaged your nails. The removal did. 👀 Ripping, peeling, over-filing, or forcing product off can undo weeks of healthy growth in minutes. My rule? Remove what’s ready and rewrap what isn’t.

Sometimes the best nail lessons come from the times you DON’T follow your normal routine. 😭 I usually keep polish over my repairs to help protect them, but after getting sick, these babies were left exposed for a little over two weeks. And honestly? They held on as best they could. 😂 One n
