I’m just drinking raspberry leaf tea a HUGE water bottle of it. All I did was steep the tea in like 6 cups of water. While it was boiling I added brown sugar stevia to it. Then I filled up a gallon pitcher with ice and poured it over. So good 10/10 if u don’t like this tea are u really a tea drinke
