Buddy… the cross sections between ADHD, CPTSD, ancestral trauma, epigenetics, patriarchy, capitalism, racism, spirituality…. All the healing modalities! These are the things I’m always trying to learn more about and dissect.

What I see haunts me daily. I don’t know how we have come this far from reality.

Not all business owners wear suits. I've been out of a 9-5 for almost three years. Business owners can also bring their personality into the mix these days and I love that.

A message on CPTSD and your intuition. You don’t have POOR intuition. You just need to feel what safety feels like again. CPTSD does a number on our ability to feel safe in ways we don’t even realize. Also this is not a blaming POST. Use discernment.
