Skin Concern: Sensitive Skin & Underarm Hyperpigmentation
Dealing with underarm hyperpigmentation and dryness can be so frustrating, especially when your skin is super sensitive!
Darkening under the arms is often caused by post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation due to shaving friction, harsh deodorants, or a compromised skin barrier. While Tatcha The Dewy Skin Cream is a rich facial moisturizer packed with antioxidants and lipids, focusing on intense, non-irritating barrier hydration can help calm inflamed armpit skin and prevent friction-induced darkening.
Before jumping straight into strong brightening acids or peeling agents, keeping this delicate skin deeply moisturized and protected is the most important first step to healing!
For my sensitive skin fam what’s your favorite way to treat underarm hyperpigmentation without irritating your skin barrier? Do you stick to hydrating creams, gentle niacinamide serums, or natural soothing remedies?

There are a bunchhhh of products that help with this!! You can also try natural remedies as well! I detox my armpits! I do this maybe once every 3 months or so, sometimes I will use just salt water, and other times I use a little bit of a lemon, there are tons of things you can do for dark armpits !!!
