update on the chicken water #: y’all were right, no bowl. baby chicks can drown in open water, had no idea 😅 Jake got us a larger chicken waterer instead. it sits on the ground so I added a 2x4 underneath to keep it cleaner chicken people, is that enough or am I still doing this wrong 😂

Is it quicker to wake up before them and get it done all by myself? yes. But the whole purpose is for them to learn how to take care of things and responsibility! So we just wake up a little earlier so that we have time! # #homestead # #morningroutine
