My workout of the day as a 57 year old athlete! Got in 5.5 miles (2.5 warm up, 2.5 hill repeats, .5 cool down) with a “feel” of 106 degrees today, then straight into the pool for some easy laps. It’s fun for me to be outside rather than in the gym sometimes. What about you? Outdoors or indoors
