Listen ladies lose that weight! It’s hard at first but like the saying goes. Nothing worth having comes easy! I workout mainly at home using dumbbells. Remember the gym is whenever you make it!! I probably go to the gym 1 to 2 times out the month. Other than that I’m in my basement with my dumbbell
