I did this before I found out I was pregnant. Guess it was a sign I was pregnant

I went to the doctor last week on Tuesday they said I’m further along then I thought last week I was 9 weeks. Lately been sleeping, hurting due to my uterus growing, throwing up. I get my ultrasound done next month

I missed my period today and I took a pregnancy test today am I mistaken or is this positive ?

Been trying since last year. It was negative. I need all the luck i can get. Plz send baby dust my way

I looked it up on Google and it said positive but idk I can’t sleep without knowing for sure
