Lessons from books
After several days, this day comes with a new self-improvement book called Emotional Freedom, Lightening Life by Zhang DeFin, who wrote a self-developer book from China. We may have heard the word financial freedom. 🤑 Now let's see what emotional freedom looks like. 😊
In the first chapter, we talk about how our present life is made of our own actions. The mines that Buddha taught us what we do are the result of our actions. 🙏
But if we forgive ourselves, we can live a better life. 💖 People often find it difficult to let go. In the end, the most afflicted person is ourselves. 😔 If we let go, forgive, or the language of the villagers, the mechanic, will find that it is like lifting a mountain from the chest. 🌄 This is not to harm others, but to forgive ourselves. 💪
In the book, the 4 self-forgiveness steps are described as follows: ✨
1. Recognize what emotions are and name them. 😌
2. Notice if emotions occur often in our lives. 🤔
3. Decide resolutely not to let that emotion define our lives. 🚫
4. Once you are stronger, recognize that emotion again and let it pass to no longer influence us. 🕊️
Anyway, I want everyone to apply it to themselves. It's encouraging for everyone ^ ^ 💪😊
