Lazy day dinner. I know basmati rice is normally used but I just used what I had which was jasmine rice. Still good either way. And garlic naan on the side. #lazydinner #cookwithlemon8 #lemon8challenge #feedingmyfamily

My first time making this. It was really good. I just should have let the meat cook longer to get more crispy and I only added 4 1/2 tbsp of brown sugar because I didn’t want it too sweet. #cookwithlemon8 #feedingmyfamily #lemon8challenge

My favorite way to make picadillo I normally eyeball all of my seasonings it can have kind of a kick to it . I like mine less spicy so I use less peppers and I add tomatoes. If you want it more spicy just and a couple more Serrano. Make great for burritos as well. #dinnertimeideas #feedingmyfam

One of my favorite dinners I can eat this on repeat. #dinnertimeideas #cookwithlemon8 #feedingmyfamily

I’ve been seeing this all over fb and I wanted to try it. It was super delicious and not too sweet. If you want it sweeter you can add vanilla extract and more sugar to the mix #finished corn bread #cookwithlemon8 #bakeryhomemade

Super delicious carne asada fries at home. One of my favorite and most missed meals from California. #dinnertimeideas #cookwithlemon8 #dinnereasyrecipe #feedingmyfamily

I’m still learning how to bake stuff like this. I’m trying to get the recipes down so eventually I can start my sourdough era. But yeah this is the progress so far. The jalapeño cheddar bread 🧑🏽‍🍳💋✨definitely my favorite so far. #baking #bakingfromscratch #cookwithlemon8

Quick and simple steak dinner. Steak, baby potatoes wedged and seasoned. Fried eggs and sliced avocado. And to top off the steak I added chimichurri. Steak and eggs can be cooked to your preference. This is how it’s made in my house😉 #steak and potatoes for dinner #dinnertimeideas #feedingmyfa

You can use whatever seasonings and toppings you prefer. These are my go to. #tacodinner #feedingmyfamily #cookwithlemon8 #groceryglowup

I love that all the dresses had pockets. All super cute and comfy. Can’t wait to start shopping for fall! My favorite time of the year.

Unfortunately where I live there is no Trader Joe’s so when I’m close to one I always stop to try a few new items. Along with some items I normally get like the flour tortillas those are the closest I can get to them being just like they are back home in Cali. And the blood orange soda is so good I

Everything we got for the fourth. Couldn’t help myself with the snacks. The coconut almond bites were just like almond joy just a tad bit less sweet. The lasagna was a 10/10. Absolutely loved it.

As a family of 4 here is everything we got from Costco along with new items we are excited to try. We always try a couple new items each trip like snacks and drinks to switch up or regular rotation of them. Let me know what y’all think! I will gladly take any recommendations to try for my n
