Peasant Pancetta Stew

I learned this simple peasant meal years ago from an older Italian lady I was helping out. Pancetta, onions, Roma tomatoes and zucchini seasoned with salt, pepper and fresh basil. Let it all cook down together, then add Pecorino Romano on top. Simple, inexpensive and really good. #Italian
