Was I rude for what I texted My Dad’s GF ?😭

This is one of my many most awkward stories 😭

So my dad was dating this girl for a while, and she would constantly vent to me about their relationship. Like girl I’m not your therapist, I’m his daughter pls stop😅

One day after soccer practice, I was parked in my driveway when she came outside got INTO my car and started venting to me again. Lmao she pretty much cornered me. I was trying to be polite but I was over it, so I pulled out my phone to text my sisters like “omg this girl is so annoying.”

Next thing I know her phone vibrates.

She looks at me and goes, “Jil, did you mean to text me?” 🫠

My soul LEFT my body. I literally texted her that she was annoying 😭 She got out of my car and went back inside, and I felt so bad. I didn’t mean it to be rude — I was just over it fr. Like either leave him or stay but keep me out of it.

Be honest was I wrong for that or would you have done the same? 😭
