90 Days Without My Tennis Elbow Coming Back!‼️
I just counted today, and it has been 90 days since my tennis elbow last acted up. ✅
The biggest change I’ve noticed isn’t how much weight I can carry. It’s that I no longer have to switch hands halfway through carrying things with my right hand. 💕
This used to happen all the time. After carrying something for a while, the outside of my elbow would start hurting.😞
Back then, grocery shopping was the most frustrating thing. When I first picked up the bags, everything felt fine. But after walking a few steps, the area around my elbow felt like it was being pulled by a string.🤗
The longer I carried them, the more sore it became, and eventually I had to switch to my left hand.💫
I found out about Huayilang Patch because the owner of a small grocery store downstairs told me about it. She said she used to have pain from moving boxes around, and later she bought this medicated patch on Amazon and improved. She also told me that with tennis elbow, you shouldn’t just rely on rest.✊🏻
I bought three boxes because I thought a problem caused by using my hands every day couldn’t just be solved by waiting for it to go away. When applying it, I placed it directly on the most painful area on the outside of my elbow. 🍃
While wearing it, the pulling and tugging pain really didn’t feel as intense.🤭
The next day after using it, I tested it by carrying a small bag of fruit home. Before, I would want to switch hands before even reaching my building. That day, there was still some soreness, but there wasn’t that sudden pulling pain, and I was able to carry it all the way home.🎉
After finishing the first box, movements like holding a pot and twisting towels became much easier. The outside of my elbow no longer hurt immediately when I used force, and when carrying things, I didn’t have to start thinking about when I would need to switch hands.💖
Toward the end of the second box, I could use my right hand for much longer after grocery shopping. Carrying two bags upstairs was tiring, but it wasn’t the kind of pain that forced me to switch hands.🥰
After finishing the third box, I stopped using it. Now 90 days have passed, and carrying things, opening bottle caps, and using a spatula are all normal again. My elbow hasn’t started hurting repeatedly again.🌱
Being able to carry things all the way home without switching hands may seem like a small thing, but for someone with tennis elbow, it honestly feels really satisfying.☺️
