※医療的判断は医師の指示や園の方針が最優先です。ここでは「保育園 ねつせいけいれん マニュアル」を探している方に向けて、私が“急な変更に強くなる”ために手帳にまとめている観点を共有します。 ■まず知っておきたい：熱性けいれん時に見ること（園での記録にも） 私が一番役立ったのは「何を観察して伝えるか」を決め打ちしておくこと。発作が起きると頭が真っ白になりやすいので、手帳のチェック欄にしています。 ・発作が始まった時刻／終わった時刻（継続時間） ・体の様子：全身か片側か、目線、呼吸、顔色、嘔吐の有無 ・発熱の状況：体温、いつから熱か、解熱剤の使用有無 ・発作後の様子：意識が戻るまでの時間、眠気、普段との違い この“記録テンプレ”があるだけで、園→保護者→医療側へ情報が渡りやすくなります。 ■保育園での基本対応（慌てないための順番） 私が「マニュアル化しておく」と安心だった流れです。 1) 安全確保：倒れてぶつけないよう周囲を片付け、体を横向き（可能なら回復体位）に 2) 口に物を入れない：舌を噛むのが心配でも、無理に押さえたり入れたりしない 3) 呼吸と顔色を確認：呼吸が苦しそう、紫色っぽい等があれば迷わず救急要請 4) 時間計測：ここが本当に大事。スマホで開始時刻をメモ 5) 連絡：園のルールに沿って管理者・保護者へ（必要時は救急） ■救急要請の目安（園内で共有しておくと判断が速い） 園の規定がある前提で、一般的に「すぐ相談・要請」に寄りやすいポイントを手帳に赤字で。 ・発作が長い（例：5分以上続くなど、園の基準） ・呼吸が不安定／顔色が悪い ・初めてのけいれんで情報が少ない ・短時間に繰り返す、片側だけのけいれん等“いつもと違う” ※基準は園・地域で異なるので、園のマニュアルに合わせて数字や手順を書き換えるのが安全です。 ■「急な変更」に強くなる手帳の作り方（低クリック対策＝欲しいのは“すぐ使える形”） ここからは私の手帳術とセットで。 ①予測：発熱が増える時期（季節の変わり目、行事後）に「対応ページ」をすぐ開ける位置へ ②余白：週に1回、“緊急対応・連絡・記録”のための5〜10分枠を最初から確保 ③5分判断： ・5分でできる＝連絡網の更新、体温計や保冷剤の場所確認、記録テンプレの印刷 ・5分でできない＝園内研修で擦り合わせ、マニュアルの改訂、保護者向け周知文の作成 ■私が手帳に入れている「保育園 ねつせいけいれん」用ミニテンプレ ・開始__時__分／終了__時__分（計__分） ・体温__℃／解熱剤：有・無（__時__分） ・呼吸：安定・不安定 顔色：良・不良 ・全身／片側 嘔吐：有・無 ・連絡：園内（__時__分）保護者（__時__分）救急（__時__分） 急な発熱や呼び出しがある日こそ、判断を“仕組み化”しておくと落ち着いて動けました。園の正式マニュアルに沿って、このテンプレを自分用にカスタムしてみてください。
