... Read moreLife often feels like a race where everyone seems to be sprinting ahead, but it's important to remember that each person's journey unfolds in its own time and way. Just like the popcorn kernels in a pot—exposed to the same heat and conditions—they do not all pop simultaneously. This powerful analogy reminds me not to compare my progress with others since everyone's circumstances and timing differ. When I started focusing more on my personal values and maintaining a close relationship with God, I noticed a profound shift in how I approached challenges and setbacks. Embracing vulnerability meant allowing myself to acknowledge fears and uncertainties without judgment. This openness helped me grow stronger and more resilient. Keeping the faith during tough times is essential. I found that trusting in God's timing, rather than forcing outcomes, brought a sense of peace and clarity. Success isn’t instantaneous; it requires patience, perseverance, and staying aligned with what truly matters to you. If you find yourself feeling pressured by society’s expectations or comparing your journey to others, try reflecting on the message behind those unpopped kernels. Your turn to "pop"—to achieve your breakthrough and shine—will come when the time is right. Until then, nurture your values and keep faith as your guide.

How Running Changed My Body (lost 18 lbs)👟🏃‍♀️💪🤍
I never realized how much of a difference running made to my body until I would look back at my old photos. Running not only changed my body, but it changed my life in the absolute best way possible because I never thought change was possible. All it took was showing up for myself every single day.
