I was able to go to this restaurant 🥹💓
Lunch is open only on Saturdays and Sundays, and dinner is open only on Saturdays, Sundays and months.

Although it is high class, you can taste the experience that you can not easily do at the restaurant ◎
First of all, the space in the store was nice ~ ~
The interior is good, and the healing music is hanging and it is very comfortable. You can go out to the garden, lush greenery and lots of herbs...! When I looked it up, the owner was a person who is doing spatial greening as a main job...! Convinced!

You can walk freely to see the kitchen and go out to the garden, but maybe because there is a lot of nature, I felt like I came to camp even though I was in the city 🥹🌿

After the baked rice cake and ice cream made with whey came out, the firewood cake, baked marshmallow, chrysanthemum potato and lotus root chips were served in a buffet style...!
It seems that you can buy this firewood cake online! I was surprised that they put hot firewood on top of the cake and added fragrance ~ ~ It seems that it contains whiskey, vanilla and caramel, but it was elegant and delicious...!!

「Maruta」って名前は見かけるけど、実際どんなお店？という人向けに、行ってみて“事前に知れて助かった”ポイントをまとめます。 まずここは、いわゆる高級レストランの「静かに座ってコースを待つ」感じとは違って、薪火オーブンの前に行けたり、カウンターに並ぶ自家製リキュール（ハーブや果物の漬け込み酒）を眺めたり、途中で庭に出て空気を変えられるのが大きな魅力。都会にいるのにキャンプっぽい気分になれるので、滞在が長くても退屈しにくいです。 体験として特に印象的だったのは“香りの演出”。例えば魚（ワラサ）を松の葉の香りと合わせたり、鹿肉などの焼き物も薪火ならではの匂いがふわっと乗って、素材の味が強いのに重たく感じにくかったです。デザートも、薪を使って香りを移すケーキが出てきたり、菊芋チップスや野菜・ハーブ系のチップスが並ぶビュッフェがあったりして、「最後まで薪火なんだ…」と驚きました。 予約・滞在のコツとしては、所要時間は“早食い”でも短縮しづらいので、後に予定を詰め込まないのがおすすめ。店内と庭を行き来できる分、写真を撮ったり説明を聞いたりして自然と時間が伸びます。服は煙のにおいが少し移る可能性があるので、気になる人は洗いやすい素材や羽織を選ぶと安心。 ドリンクは好み（甘め／ハーブ強め／柑橘系など）を伝えると提案してくれるので、「お酒は強くない」「香り系が好き」みたいに正直に言った方が満足度が上がりました。記念日やデートなら、庭に出られるタイミングで一息つけるのも良くて、会話が途切れにくいのも地味に嬉しいポイント。 “Marutaに行く”こと自体が目的になるタイプのお店なので、食事＋体験でゆっくり過ごしたい日に選ぶと、満足度が高いと思います。
