Last year, Mint went to a Halloween concert in Siam Mara.
The theme of the work is to dress up as a ghost. That day I wanted to be particularly beautiful, so I chose to wear contact lenses.
But Mint forgot to carry artificial tears as well and the important thing is to wear contact lenses
The long haul lasts from 9 a.m. until midnight (how many hours can everyone count? I know.
Having said that, while at the concert, it felt like burning eyes and tears all the time, so I had to stand close my eyes.
But after being in the concert, the favorite artist band hasn't arrived yet, so I can't go back.

The final result was to go to the doctor, then got the eye drops and then rested wearing contact lenses for a long time.

จากประสบการณ์เราเอง หลังวันนั้นเลยเริ่มจริงจังกับ “เวลาใส่” และ “เวลาแช่” คอนแทคเลนส์มากขึ้น เพราะหลายคนเข้าใจว่าแค่ถอดออกมาแล้วแช่น้ำยาก็พอ แต่รายละเอียดเล็กๆ นี่แหละที่ทำให้ตาระคายเคืองง่าย แช่คอนแทคเลนส์กี่ชั่วโมงถึงจะโอเค? โดยส่วนตัวเราจะพยายามแช่คอนแทคเลนส์ในน้ำยาแช่เลนส์ “อย่างน้อย 4–6 ชั่วโมง” ก่อนใส่ (หรือแช่ข้ามคืนไปเลยจะสบายใจกว่า) เพราะมันเหมือนเป็นช่วงที่เลนส์ได้ฆ่าเชื้อ/ทำความสะอาดตามที่น้ำยาแต่ละยี่ห้อออกแบบไว้ แต่ขอเน้นว่าให้ดูฉลากของน้ำยาที่ใช้ด้วยนะ บางสูตรอาจมีเวลาที่แนะนำต่างกัน แล้ว “แช่คอนแทคเลนส์เกิน 8 ชั่วโมงได้ไหม”? ได้ค่ะ ถ้าหมายถึง “แช่ทิ้งไว้ในตลับด้วยน้ำยาใหม่” ข้ามคืนหรือเกิน 8 ชั่วโมง ส่วนใหญ่ทำได้และเป็นเรื่องปกติด้วยซ้ำ (เช่น แช่ตอนกลางคืนแล้วมาใส่ตอนเช้า) แต่ที่ไม่ควรคือแช่แบบลัดขั้นตอน เช่น ใช้น้ำยาซ้ำเดิมวนไป หรือเติมน้ำยาใหม่ทับของเก่า เพราะความสะอาดมันไม่เท่ากับการเททิ้งแล้วเปลี่ยนใหม่ทั้งหมด ข้อที่เราเจ็บมาแล้ว: ใส่เกินวันละ 8 ชั่วโมงได้ไหม? ถ้าเลี่ยงได้ เราว่าอย่าเกิน 8 ชั่วโมงจริงๆ เพราะช่วงที่เราใส่นานๆ (ยิ่งเจอลม แอร์ ควัน ฝุ่น ในคอนเสิร์ต) ตาจะยิ่งแห้ง พอตาแห้งมาก เลนส์เหมือนดูดความชุ่มชื้นจากตา ทำให้เคือง ตาแดง น้ำตาไหล และเสี่ยงอักเสบได้ง่าย วันนั้นเราไม่พกน้ำตาเทียมคือพังเลย ทริคที่เราใช้ตอน “จำเป็นต้องใส่นาน” - พกน้ำตาเทียมที่หยอดได้ตอนใส่คอนแทคเลนส์ (อ่านฉลากว่าหยอดร่วมกับคอนแทคเลนส์ได้) - ถ้ารู้สึกแสบ/เคืองมาก ให้ถอดพักทันที อย่าฝืนรอให้จบงาน - พกแว่นสำรองไว้เผื่อฉุกเฉิน (เราเคยไม่พกแล้วลำบากมาก) - เปลี่ยนน้ำยาแช่เลนส์ทุกครั้ง ไม่ใช้น้ำยาเก่า และไม่ใช้น้ำเปล่าแทนน้ำยา สัญญาณที่ควรหยุดใส่และไปพบแพทย์ ถ้ามีอาการตาแดงมาก ปวดตา ตามัว ขี้ตาเยอะผิดปกติ หรือแพ้แสง แนะนำหยุดใส่ทันทีและไปหาหมอ อย่ารอให้หายเอง เพราะตาอักเสบบางแบบลุกลามไวมาก หลังจากเจอ “สวย 1 วันพังเป็นสัปดาห์” เรากลายเป็นสาวแว่นเกือบถาวรเลย แต่ก็ได้บทเรียนว่าใส่คอนแทคเลนส์ได้ แต่อย่าแลกกับสุขภาพตาค่ะ
