Experience will find PCOS.

Hello, my name is Pam. We would like to share our real experience after detecting PCOS or multiple vesicles in the ovaries, in order to benefit many women who are wondering their symptoms. 💖

At first ☀️, we started to notice that menstruation was irregular, some months were gone, acne was abnormal, weight was getting easier, often tired, and mood swings. At that time, we thought it was because of stress or little rest. Finally, we decided to see an obstetrician, ultrasound test and hormone test, so we knew it was PCOS. 😱

!! PCOS!! is hormonal imbalance, causing eggs to not fall consistently. Some people may have symptoms such as

📍 menstruation is not normal.

📍 acne, hormones, oily skin.

📍 weight up easy.

📍 a lot of hair.

📍 hair loss.

📍 infertile in some.

😢 when we first learned the results, we were very stressed, afraid that it would be incurable, but the doctor explained that PCOS can take care and control the symptoms if we adjust our behavior and treat them continuously.

✨ the care and treatment methods we do. ✨

✅ diet, sweet reduction, starch and sugar reduction.

✅ exercise regularly to help with hormones and weight.

✅ enough sleep. Reduce stress.

✅ take prescription drugs, such as hormonal or menstrual control drugs.

✅ follow up with the doctor periodically.

🟢 after continuous self-care, many symptoms improve, menstruation begins to improve, and overall health improves. 🟢

♥️ we would like to say to all women that if there is a breakdown, do not overlook it. A quick examination helps to heal and take care of ourselves in time, and PCOS is not as scary as it seems if we understand and take care of ourselves in the right way. 🤍

Are these signs actually PCOS?
For the longest time, I didn’t understand what was happening with my body. I kept blaming stress, my sleep, or my diet until I learned it was PCOS. PCOS often happens when the body produces too much insulin or androgen (male hormone). When that balance is off, it can affect your ovulation, mood,
