Natural lines do not miss
Say hello to the evening. 🌸
Stop work and rest a lot. Stop by to collect the brightness of the beautiful flowers. This evening is the most smiling and comfortable time of everyone. 💛✨
The flowers in the picture are# Filter(Science name: Lantana camara Linn.) Classified in the VERBENACEAE family, it is a popular shrub for its beauty. The highlight is that it blossoms into tight clusters, has a variety of colors, and often changes color with the bloom age.
• Tree and Leaf: It is a shrub or semi-creeper shrub; branches are densely branched; stems are square and may have small spines; leaves are ovate; leaf margins are serrated; leaf skin has short hairs, a hand pestle; and a specific pungent smell when crushed.
• Blossom: Into a tightly clustered bouquet at the end of a branch; the subflower resembles a horn shape, gradually blooming from the outside into the inside of the bouquet.
• Fruit: The light fruit is green. When old or ripe, it turns dark blue, horny and black.
• Ornamental plants: Because they are strong, durable plants, very sunny and drought-resistant, they are popular for growing gardening.
• Insect repellent: The leaves of the filter contain Lantanin, which smells pungent and toxic to the nervous system of insect pests, so the leaves are often ground in water to spray and repellent worms and insects in vegetable plots.
• Original medicinal properties: In folk medicine texts, parts are used, such as fresh leaves to drive the wind, to cure rash, flowers to cure inflammation, to cure abdominal pain, and roots to cure the flu.
⚠️# Important precautions(Toxin)
• It is a poisonous plant: Every part of the filter tree contains toxins, specifically, green and leaf raw fruits, containing triterpene group toxins such as Lantadene A and B, which negatively affect and poison the liver and gastrointestinal tract.
• Hazards to children and pets: If a young child or pet (e.g. dog, cat, cow, buffalo) accidentally ingests it, it causes nausea, vomiting, severe diarrhea, dilated iris, shortness of breath, and potentially fatal liver failure.
• Skin irritation: Hair on leaves and stems including latex, can cause allergic skin, itchy rash, or dermatitis in some people when exposed.
• Prohibition: Pregnant women strictly prohibit eating and its use as an herbal remedy should always consult a doctor or specialist first for safety.
