6 Apps I Use To Create Content

When I’m making content I like to stay as organized as I can..most days. Here’s a couple of apps I use on a daily basis to help me stay focused and create, plan or edit content.

1. Calendar - Of course for the usual..marking events and other important dates

2. Reminders - For time sensitive things that I need to do

3. GoodNotes - I use it to brain dump when I feel like writing

4. Notion - MY FAV❤️‍🔥! It helps me with planning, project management and a bunch of other things

5. Chat GPT - Probably my 2nd favorite now. I almost want to say it could help with anything. Just ask it a question..and BOOM answer! 😂

6. Canva - I actually used Canva to help make this post!

Comment below which apps you like to use ❤️

... Read moreBuilding a strong content creation workflow isn't just about having great ideas; it's also about having the right tools in your digital arsenal. While the core apps I rely on daily, like Notion for planning and ChatGPT for ideation, are absolute game-changers, it's worth expanding our toolkit for every aspect of content creation. After all, the best content often combines solid planning with stunning visuals! For those deep dives into visual content, especially photography, there are other powerful apps that content creators often turn to. Let's talk about a couple that can truly elevate your visual game. First up, Snapseed. While my primary list focused on planning and general design, Snapseed is a fantastic, free photo editing app that's perfect for detailed adjustments right on your smartphone screen. If you're shooting photos for your content, particularly in high resolution like HD or 4K on your iPhone, Snapseed lets you fine-tune everything from exposure and color to selective adjustments on specific areas of your image. It’s like having a mini-Photoshop in your pocket, making your visuals pop for social media, blog posts, or any platform. Now, you might be wondering about its connection to QR codes. While Snapseed doesn't generate QR codes itself, it's incredibly useful for ensuring any images containing QR codes, or the overall visual presentation around your QR codes, are of the highest quality. Imagine you’re creating marketing materials or a beautiful graphic in Canva with an embedded QR code; using Snapseed to perfect the surrounding photo ensures clarity and a professional look. A crisp, well-edited image makes your entire content piece, including elements like QR codes, more appealing and trustworthy to your audience. Plus, with its ability to handle high-resolution iPhone photos, you know your final output will always look sharp. Another app worth exploring for visual enhancements is Uplens. While its features can vary, many creators use such apps to add unique filters, specific lens effects, or advanced color grading to their photos and videos, giving their content a distinct aesthetic. Just like having a dedicated app for brain-dumping ideas (GoodNotes) or managing projects (Notion), having a specialized app for enhancing your visuals can make a huge difference in your content's appeal. Expanding your 'tools folder' with these kinds of app icons, alongside your staple planning and editing software, creates a truly comprehensive system for any content creator looking to stand out. It’s all about building a robust workflow that covers every step from ideation to stunning final delivery!
