Ending an narcissistic relationship is never easy

#narcissistic #toxicrelationship #abusesurvivor #fyp My last three relationships were with love bombing men. Then Once they had me the control the aggressive behavior with yelling starting arguments for no reason. the abuse mentally physically and sexually. ( all three knew my story from the guy before ) promises and promises that our relationship would be different. This last decade of my life has been hard, but I’m never going to allow another man or person take that control over me again. Healing is a process and not something that happens over night. Each day is a new challenge but a step closer to where I wanted to be.🤍🤍🤍

... Read moreEnding a relationship with a narcissist or someone exhibiting toxic behaviors is incredibly challenging, as many survivors know firsthand. From my own experience, these relationships often start with intense love bombing—where the partner showers you with affection and promises a perfect future. This initial phase can feel breathtakingly wonderful, making it hard to see the warning signs. However, soon after, controlling behaviors and emotional abuse creep in. There might be yelling, sudden arguments over trivial things, and mental, physical, or even sexual abuse. A painful realization is that even when your abuser knows your past struggles, they might still repeat hurtful patterns, making it harder to break free. Healing after such trauma isn't a linear process or a quick fix. It demands daily commitment and patience with yourself. I found that acknowledging my worth and setting firm boundaries helped me regain control. Some days are harder than others, but every challenge I faced brought me closer to where I wanted to be—free and empowered. Support systems, whether through trusted friends, therapy, or support groups, are crucial. Sharing your story with others who understand can provide validation and strength. Most importantly, remember that you deserve relationships based on respect, kindness, and genuine care—never control or abuse. If you recognize similar patterns in your relationships, it’s okay to seek help and prioritize your healing journey. You are not alone, and every step away from toxicity is a victory worth celebrating.
