Hi my name is Anastasia. This is my story. I was in and out of an abusive relationship for 4 years. He mentally abused me and SA me several times. Then assaulted me on my birthday. I want everyone on here to know you are worth not being in that. I wish I could go back and undo all the trauma that happened. I want to use this story to help others. Even if it just helps one person that’s all that matters.
